(Richmond)  Dominion Power will not be endorsing Tom Perriello’s run for governor.

Perriello announced yesterday that he is opposed to the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.  Dominion quickly responded issuing a statement that said –quote- “We’re very disappointed that Mr. Perriello has taken a stand against the Atlantic Coast Pipeline project and the clear benefits it offers to all Virginians – good jobs, energy security, cleaner air and lower energy prices for consumers.

Dominion went on to call Perriello’s statement of opposition ill-informed and said he’s ignoring the urgent need for infrastructure to meet Virginia’s growing energy needs.
