HPD Arrests Homicide Suspect for Fairfax County Police

HARRISONBURG, Va – Harrisonburg Police helped Northern Virginia authorities in capturing a fugitive.

Captain Jason Kidd reports that at around 12:15 pm Friday,  officers from H-P-D and the U-S Marshals Service arrested 23-year-old KaItlynn Nicholas, of Harrisonburg in the 200 block of Kelley Street. She is a suspect in a homicide that occurred in Fairfax County.

Nicholas was arrested without incident on charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
