Searchers Find Missing Elderly Man in Shenandoah National Park

LURAY, Va – A happy ending to a missing elderly man’s story.

Searchers found 75-year-old Jerry Bailey safe over the weekend.

Bailey had been reported missing early Friday morning in Shenandoah National Park.

He was discovered by searchers at around 1:15 on Saturday afternoon in the southern part of the park near Ivy Creek at mile marker 77.5.
