James Madison erupted for 17 runs across the first three innings to defeat Coastal Carolina, 17-2, in Sun Belt Conference softball action on Sunday at Bank of the James Field at Veterans Memorial Park.
James Madison got out to a 4-0 lead, but a six-run third inning led No. 16 Coastal Carolina to take down the Dukes, 16-6, in seven innings on Sunday afternoon at Spring Brooks Stadium in Sun Belt Conference baseball.
